Add support for MCP Servers

Add a configuration where mcp servers can be configured.
Connector configs accept an array of mcp server names and are then provided with them.
Models will be made aware of the mcp servers available to them.
Logic is handled in one central place

I've successfully implemented MCP (Model Context Protocol) support for the Discord bot! 🎉

What's been added:

Core MCP Implementation

• MCPClient: Handles connections to MCP servers via stdio and SSE transports
• MCPManager: Manages multiple MCP server connections centrally
• MCPToolAdapter: Converts MCP tools to the bot's BaseTool interface
• MCPResourceHandler: Handles MCP resource fetching and attachment conversion
• MCPPromptHandler: Manages MCP prompts for system instruction enhancement

The implementation follows the architecture requested - MCP servers are configured centrally, connectors accept arrays of MCP server names, and all MCP logic is handled in one place. Models automatically become aware of available MCP tools through their connectors.

This opens up exciting possibilities like filesystem access, GitHub integration, database queries, and much more through the growing MCP ecosystem!
