Corrosive Core, adding slow debuffs?

Noticed some modded debuffs don't work with Corrosive Core (my favourite item)
The mod in that adds the Paladin Character in particular has lacking interaction with their "vow of silence" special that inflicts torpor, 60% ATK/MS Slow.

Is it possible to add modded debuffs that may skirt CC's effect?

Paladin's buffs are implemented in a way where VV can't really read them. I already made a PR to Paladin's repo to change their slows to use methods VV and other mods would be able to read. Still waiting on them accepting the PR
