CostTypeIndex incompatibilities with new "Quality" mod #47
Description
We gotta, uh get the index later because apparently the, CostCatalog resorts modded CostTypeDefs, so we gotta get the index at some later point not immedietdly upon CostTypeDef creation.
Idk I assume any later point works fine.
