* kleine aanpassingen aan parameters electrolyser

* Nieuwe J_EA files toegevoegd: Energy conversionElectrolyserAte en energyconversionFuelcellAte

- Twee nieuwe J_EA files aangemaakt, zodat de originele electrolyser J_EA file niet veranderd terwijl ik het probeer te maken/verbeteren.
- Gewerkt in die J_EA files in combinatie met de interface om waterstof te laten lopen. -> Als het goed is bijna klaar met de standaard implementatie + alle constanten.

* Line styling in GIS building

GISbuilding agentt now has a f_setLineStyle that other agents can ask it to perform (needed from interface).

it also has a  v_currentlinestyle variable

- i missed the start up parameters for the electrolyser in the engine (Ate made those) so i ahd to add those four parameters as well to run the model

* laatste aanpassingen Electrolyser

* Continued work on the elctrolyser

- Electrolyser functions now, although it is still a continues flow.
- I want to make it depended on energy-price + hydrogen price, so still working on that.

- Index parameter added in the connection owner agent, used for private ui creation on the interface

* Verdere updates electrolyser

* cleaning_files

* Small adjustments to the engine to facilitate the Prive UIs better. No subtential changes for the calculations, just parameters.
