Customize notification time

Background

Currently, the app notifies 1 hour before contest start, with no room for customization

Requested feature

The user is able to add different notification times. Suggested, but not limited to:

• 5 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 1 hour (current)
• 2 hour
• 1 day
• 2 day
• 1 week

A possible implementation is to use 2 spinners.

1. To customize time unit (minutes,hours,days,weeks)
2. To specify step (1,2,3,....)
