amoeba 3.4 detected as malware by windows defender

amoeba-3.4 may appear as a malware according to some antivirus. Windows defender falsely identifies it as Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml on some of my computers. Look at microsoft support for a solution to enable the chess engine back.
