Add CheckM2 functionality

Need to add and test the capabilities of CheckM2.

I read the paper. I thought it was a very cool tool!

The discussion section already stated that checkm2 was supported, but I couldn't find the option to use ckeckm2 by reading the github.

If checkm2 is already available, could you please tell me how to do it?

Thanks for your interest! This was noted in the paper as something that could (and will) be added in the future, this is at the top of my list I will update here once it has been added and tested.
