CSS Exclusions tester errors in IE 11

Running the test at http://adobe.github.io/web-platform/utilities/css-exclusions-support-matrix/ errors in IE11

I haven't looked into it too deeply but it seems like UAParser has bugs that force it to return undefined for all the properties. (the actual exception comes from version.split(...) since you're splitting an undefined.)

That Shapes + Exclusions matrix is no longer supported. It was superseded by the CSS Shapes support matrix, which also looks out of date.
