Add Sony FlashTool support #3
Description
Proposed changes:
1. Identify needs of flashtool and examine possibility of adding into CASUAL
2. Include the flashtool
3. Write Deployment routine
4. Write Tools/Analysis routine
5. Add CASUALLanguage commands.
