numpydoc and pytest are included as non-optional dependencies

I noticed that, as allantools lists numpydoc as a non-optional dependency, adding it to another project pulls in quite a number of other docs-related dependencies, such as Sphinx and _its_ dependencies. Would it be possible for numpydoc to be made an optional dependency, such as for a dev environment or a 'docs' feature or the like? I think similar could be said for pytest.
