PdbQuantizer stuck #13

Hello everybody,
i'm currently trying to use ProSST to predict the effect of mutations on different proteins in a zero-shot setting. I'm currently using the zero_shot notebook as reference, however one reached the call to PdbQuantizer the script got stuck. i left it for two days running and no structure where processed.
i'm currently using python 3.13.2 with cuda 12.4 and pytorch 2.6.0
