swap to httpS #24
Description
it seems is now hosted on httpS (tools.wmflabs.org is now redirecting to https)
This means we get lots of mixed content warnings with various image references which are requesting from http. In safari it's more than a warning. The OpenStreetMap standard tiles no longer load because of it.
Easy to fix I think. All of these things are available on https, so we just need to swap all tile URLs and also commons image URLs.
