Upgrade to latest Ace

One of our engineers wrote this concerning Ace not working in Opera:

"The latest Ace on github passes all but one test (and we're not the only browser to fail that test), and fixes CORE-36724. (The bug actually lies in pilot, but is fixed in https://github.com/ajaxorg/pilot/commit/6e1fbe1dfdff64020f15cd9e23ea72b7803cf406#lib/pilot/fixoldbrowsers.js.) See if we can get them to update their version of Ace (even if just to what they use currently with that fix from pilot patched in)."

If and when you guys update to the latest of Ace/pilot, please ping me so we can make sure thing's are actually working.
