Drag & Drop Functionality for App Signing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The current workflow requires navigating through the app's interface to select an application for signing and un-quarantining. This process is functional but less efficient than it could be, especially for users processing multiple applications sequentially.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement system-level drag and drop support. Users should be able to drag an application bundle (.app) directly onto the Sentinel app icon in the Dock or onto its main window to initiate the signing/un-quarantine process.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The alternative is the current, more cumbersome process of manually opening the app through the file menu.

Additional context

This feature would significantly streamline the user experience, making the application more intuitive and faster. It would also enable seamless integration with workflow utilities like Dropzone, which many power users rely on. Given the app's core function, a drag-and-drop interface feels like a natural and expected feature.

Can you try this test build?
I can drop an app onto the Sentinel icon in the Dock now and it runs the unquarantine function.

Awesome, it works just as described. I tested it with a few apps, and I see no bugs.

The only thing that is a bit ironic is that when I want to run Sentinel.app, I must unquarantine it first. If I remember correctly, the same was the case in previous versions. I have a Quick Action for this, but is there a way to sign the app properly (sorry, I'm not developing macOS apps, I hope this makes sense, though).

The build I just gave you is a test build that is unsigned.
When I release the version update on github, those are fully signed/notarized.

Do you see an issue with those github releases?
