When multiple video frame object in the same page, seems not work correctly.

Looks like if multiple videoFrame exist on the page, and listen to their own video, it will only listen to the fist one, i.e. the first object trigger all videoFrame object's callback, while the other videoFrame won't trigger the callback.

Also the videoFrame report different a wrong frame number on Firefox.

Finally I found the issue, in vue I bound the second object in wrong moment, that time the second dom is not established, and VideoFrame has such logic:

this.video = document.getElementById(this.obj.id) || document.getElementsByTagName('video')[0];

That means the following object will all bind to the first video tag, then I see the first video is like a shepherd dog which domains all the other video tag info output. 😂

I hope any people using vue come here could be warned, create VideoFrame in updated() instead of mounted()
