definable prefix for pvCamera #17
Description
Right now, when using CameraContainer, we give it a prefix, but pvCamera (if we don't supply PV's for startX_pv for example), just uses default PVs that don't work. adjust the pvCamera.py so that when we give it a prefix (like BL531acA5427) and it will create all of the PV names based off of this instead of filling it with the wrong prefix
