Is it possible to squeeze files into a video clip that looks like static from a television?
That might be useful in some sense to share files through websites like YouTube and Bitchute.

YouTube's compression would probably ruin your day. Simply encoding the data into RGB values as is done here wouldn't work.
You would have to come up with a scheme which is resistant to compression.

@ambiso some of my ideas:

1. Compression are JPEG-like, so if the 4x4 or 8x8 or 16x16 pixels are of the same color then compression would not affect it.
2. If it is possible to just use 1-bit B&W or 3-bit RGB colors (or any other low-bit color schemes), then the issue with color compression would be avoided entirely.
