InstanceNumber is set to None while conversion #7
Description
I tried to convert a dicom(1 )to nifty(1) and then back to dicom(2) and then to nifti(2) again . The latter dicom(2) to nifti(2) conversion throws an error highlighting the InstanceNumber tag in the metadeta. For some reason, in the middle of the conversion(from dicom(1) to dicom(2) ) the program messes up the meta data. Because the instancenumber in dicom(1) was some integer and in dicom(2) the instance number was set to None. I believe there is some error in the Nifty to Dicom conversion process.
