Feature Request: Add more diverse permissions

Hi, I would like to suggest the following list of permissions:

simplewhitelist.command & simplewhitelist.command.* - for all commands
simplewhitelist.command.add & simplewhitelist.command.remove - for add/remove players from whitelist
simplewhitelist.command.enable & simplewhitelist.command.disable - for enable/disable plugin
simplewhitelist.command.list - for showing whitelisted players
simplewhitelist.command.reload - for reloading the plugin

This would allow moderators to add people to the whitelist, but not disable the whole plugin. Right now it isn't really possible to split plugin functionality into permission groups :)

For anybody that searches a temporary solution:

1. Get yourself a custom command plugin like MyCommand
2. Let the server execute a command like '/swl add'
3. Bind it to a new command like '/swladd'
4. Give it a new permission

Kind of a hassle, but it works.
