WP8.1 Build failed

I tried to deploy project NdefDemoJS on Nokia Lumia 735. Unfortunatelly I got an error:

It's quite confusing cause I'm not sure where is a problem. I'm looking for any help!

I know its 3 years ago and we all have gotten older. I'm sure even Jakl has, that's why no response from him. Well, I got exactly the same problem, except that I got rid of the Typescript compiler error by depositing an empty .ts file in scripts folder.

Still waiting for my first NDEF JS app to deploy though :( and I'm sure nobody will bother with this comment. We ARE getting old after all
