Add json files for coffee methods and origins

I want to create a native app of your coffee recipes. It would be really awesome if the data for the methods and the origins would be available as json files. That way I can easily consume them directly from github and people could simply PR into this repository and instantly see the changes in the native app :)

Should be possible to do - the CI process can generate JSON files as artifacts to be consumed by third party apps.
