VisualStudio extension: clicking on action bubble and generating request/response from method fails due to missing dependecy

With the migration to netstandard for the library, we started using Stubble.
Somehow Stubble dlls are not making to the vsix package; so Visual Studio fails to load these dependencies when we need to serialize the newly created requests/response files.
