Option to remove path

An option to remove the path variable. Usage example:
```ps1
> winpath remove --value "PathValue" --user --all
```

All flag is used to remove all occurrences, by default, it will remove the first one. The user can also remove all except one:
```ps1
> winpath remove --value "PathValue" --user --leave-one
```
