Run daily event cleanup

Sometime application event can desync with discord or have no reason to exists anymore.
A daily cleanup to remove those could be useful, although not required as it does not create any issue with the scheduler, hence the low priority.

Re-evaluating this to a higher priority as it may now interfere with the Scheduler due to #20
