Enhancements to click indicator

The current click indicator implementation has two modes:

1. Fixed position bottom right
2. Underneath the visible text, aligned to the left edge

Various other common click indicator positions should be made accessible to the user: bottom left, bottom center, fixed right, inline with the text, ...

It should be easy to customize the click indicator and select/alter its positioning code.
