Summary
Make the dashboard fully responsive for mobile and tablet. Priority: chat interface, agent list, usage overview. Optional PWA support for home screen install.
Motivation
Dashboard is currently desktop-optimized. Admins need to check agent status, approve requests, and view alerts on mobile. PWA enables native-like experience without app store.
Scope
- Responsive CSS breakpoints for all dashboard pages
- Mobile navigation: hamburger menu, bottom nav, or drawer
- Touch-friendly interactions: larger tap targets, swipe gestures
- Priority pages: chat, agent list, usage overview, approval queue
- PWA manifest + service worker for offline shell and home screen install
- Push notifications for approvals and alerts
Acceptance Criteria
- Dashboard usable on mobile (375px+) and tablet (768px+)
- Chat interface works well on mobile
- Mobile navigation implemented
- PWA installable from browser
