SOLIDUI: recipient ability to revoke their access to a resource #589

I should be able to say I don't want to see a resource in the list of resources I have access to, by declining the granted permission.
Why
Been thinking we need this.
So that as a user I can revoke my own access to someone else's resource if I don't want access to it because I don't want the resource or don't agree to the access permissions.
This was also raised as something we should be able to do by Steven de Costa, CEO of LinkedDigital which provides data.gov.au and is one of the CKAN leaders.
