BROWSER POD: New app to simply expose the file browser

Noting the newly added file browser for the solidproject, we have everything already for a quick browserpod app.

Let's create a very simple BROWSER app which is simply a cut down version of solidui/example.

Hi @gjwgit, yes, I think we can create a new repository named browserpod.

Suggest we migrate the current solidui example as the basis of the browserpod app.

Then let's consider migrating the solidpod example across to solidui so then solidpod has no dependency on solidui.

This cleans up the divide between solidpod and solidui.

Tony has raised that moving between app folders requires additional key management. We've decided that would be a future capability.

Another note from standup: @tonypioneer also notes that we need to handle system folders (eg permission/) to prevent them from being movable, and from other files being written into them.

There is also the issue that the file location is the address URI of the file in recipient's permission logs. Moving a file requires updating the address in the permission logs of all the webids that have access. This probably requires a design discussion about how to move linked resources. @gjwgit

These functionalities require discussion to address encryption key management and resource uri management (for recipients)

• move and copy within single app (ie not between app folders)
• optionally multiple move/copy
• rename single file

This has also been set as separate issue

Currently the browserpod functionality is still in solidui, @gjwgit do you want it split off as separate repo in this issue or next step?
