Transform Plugin only sees last chunk of transfer encoded data

I am seeing this with the 10.1.x branch. When the response comes back in one chunk (size n) my transform plugin sees that data, but if it comes in two chunks (n-1 and 1), my transform plugin only sees the last size 1 chunk. We did not see this when working against a 10.0.x base.

I will be digging into this, but wanted to share in case this was a known issue.
