Unable to import lenstools

I've installed LensTools and tried the first test: import lenstools and get the following error.

ImportError: cannot import name 'MPIPool' from 'emcee.utils'

mpi4py is installed and so is MPIPool. I'm not sure how to fix this.

MPIPool is part of emcee; try an older emcee version, the new ones must have removed MPIPool
