Unable to start the app

I am trying to start the application but I have stepped into several errors.
I have updated all the dependencies, changed settings, done many combinations with the versions (react-native, expo, etc) and still the app cannot start.
Has anyone managed to start the application the last 2-3 months and what's the configuration used?

Try with node v8.30

Do I have to use so old node version?
The rest dependencies which should be?

Hasn't any user managed to update the dependencies?

all i have done is

• upgrade to react: 16.8.3
• upgrade to expo: 33.0.0
• upgrade to victory-native: 30.0.0
• upgrade to @expo/vector-icons: 10.0.0
• add to expo-constants: 5.0.1
• npm i
• go to node_modules/react-native-popup-menu/src/renderers/Popover.js and delete "," at line 238
