We should add language support for [C++](https://github.com/proxy-wasm/proxy-wasm-cpp-sdk) and include the [example](https://github.com/proxy-wasm/proxy-wasm-cpp-sdk/tree/master/example). The toolchain here is a bit tough and might require a bit more thought, this may entail support for "docker in docker" style builds.
