graphit-tool does not work with WSO2 or GraphIT URLs defined in /etc/hosts

Root cause is gevent/gevent#21

Message to myself: Look into updating gevent.

The attached patch, when applied to /usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/gevent/dns.py, fixes the problem:

For completeness' sake, these are the symptoms:

• GraphIT's or WSO2's URL are not resolved by DNS but by /etc/hosts
• GraphIT and WSO2 are reachable by telnet or curl
• GraphIT's and WSO2's SSL certificates have been copied to the machine graphit-tool is installed on and configured in either /etc/graphit-tool.conf or ~/.graphit-tool.conf or certificate validation has been disabled
• graphit-tool still reports ('Connection aborted.', error(111, 'Connection refused')) for either WSO2 or GraphIT
• the following one–liner fails with gevent.dns.DNSError: python -c 'import gevent.socket; print gevent.socket.gethostbyname("host.domain")'
