how to do query like 'AND NOT'

Hi,  I tried to use graphit-tool.py to do some query like below:

AND NOT /MasterIssueID: * AND NOT ogit/_id:"cjhuol7om2sixbx421kvxfakx"

the above is from a KI, how can I query the 'AND NOT' using graphit-tool.py
