Accessibility keyboard shortcuts

Arches has a couple of instances where keyboard shortcuts can be used to aid or speed up interaction.

1. Ctrl + S in the graph editor (nodes and cards) and in the resource editor.

2. Moving map overlays in the search pane using Ctrl + Up/Down.

I'm not sure that this information would fit in the current Accessibility page, as it's tailored towards developers and ensuring contributions are WCAG compliant, as well as the summary and goal of keeping Arches accessible.

Do we need a new page aimed at users with information on how they can utilise some of the accessibilty features? Or can we extend the existing one?

Are these keyboard based shortcuts supported when "accessibility mode" is off?

Yes these keyboard shortcuts aren't connected to the ACCESSIBILITY_MODE setting, so can be used whether the settings is True or False.

I had considered the Keyboard section of the current accessibility docs, but I wondered whether it was the correct place as that page is was tailored to developers whereas this feature is more for end-users.
