Data Files Transferred to Wrong Directory #61
Description
When using FileWriter, files are sometimes transferred to a different directory than the one they were configured to be transferred to. This happens when the next scan is armed and triggered before all the files from the previous scan have been fully transferred since the remaining files are then transferred to the directory of the current scan instead.
I would have expected ADEiger should be expected continue transferring the files to the directory they were configured to be acquired under, even if a new dataset is being acquired at a different location.
