Plotting the character state data: does not work properly #53
Description
Hi guys, thank you for the amazing tool. I would like to add some character state (such as the haplogroup info) to each node. I followed the manual and prepared the spreadsheet but it doesn't work. There is not correspondence among leave - haplogroup - color.
