Add support for other geometries and lane configurations

Currently, only line geometries are supported.
To support generic OpenDrive files other geometries have to be added.
Therefore the width calculation should be changed.
Additionally, support for left+right lane configurations has to be added.

@arminstr Nice work! I am interested in contributing as I cannot find a perfect opendrive parser and visualizer in ROS.
In my fork, I am adding the ARC type into display and also the left and right lane information.
There is no issue testing with the default map file in your repo.
However, when I was testing with more general opendrive map it has issues. I used Town01.xodr map in Carla as an example.

That is because there is only left or right lane information in the roads. I am referring to other parsers with such issue. I will keep you updated.
