[Linux] Cannot get raw image from device

Describe the bug
Try to make screenshot, but get an error.

To Reproduce

1. Press on 'Take screenshot'
2. See error window: Cannot get raw image from device.

I have two monitors. I tried to change all possible settings (image format, resolution, monitors etc), but this error always appears
