Looking for relevant feedback on my code for the project.

The relevant bits for transmitting and receiving ICMP messages are present in ./pkg/pinger/pinger.go and various utility functions to configure the pinger for IPv4/IPv6 messages are present in ./pkg/pinger/utils.go.
