parent POM cannot be found

When I try to build the classes locally, build fails because parent POM cannot be found in public repository : com.seovic:oss-parent:1

Can it be deposited?

The problem is that with the release of 0.6 the parent of coherence-tools changed from org.sonatype.oss:oss-parent:7 to com.seovic:oss-parent:1. The issue here is that com.seovic.oss-parent isn't a valid artifact (at least, not that I can find). Is there a reason why the parent was changed in release 0.6? The only solution I've found so far is manually editing the coherence-tools POM to repoint to the sonatype oss-parent. You can see the commit here: bd501ae#diff-600376dffeb79835ede4a0b285078036
