Document API pages for Themes.xml and Pref.xml #142
Description
These files are linked in the API documentation, However they should deserve their own page each with all the details listed out in a table with added information if needed, much like the rest of the API docs.
By having their own page, the variables under those documents would be searchable in the API and more easily accessible as well as readable.
Many elements/variables desperately need description and explanation, such as the colours listed in themes where it is unclear as to what the colour listed links to using its name alone for a lot of cases.
