[NEW] Add support for circleci #27
Description
- Smarti build support for executable jar, debian, rpm
- Smarti build support for Docker
- S3-copy des RPMs
- Test execution (mongo required)
- Smarti RPM version must be unique (prevent override on S3)
- Docker image must be published
- All environment specific vars should not be part of the code repo (e.g. the path on the bucket)
- Build execution and deployment should only be executed for specific branches, tags, releases, ...
