[Bitbucket] Only the latest 50 merged Pull Requests can be loaded #1552

Description

Describe the bug
It is not possible to load more than 50 (merged) Pull Requests in the Extension View. Therefore, I can't check old Pull Requests.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Check on Bitbucket that there are more than 50 merged PRs in the repository.
  2. In the "Bitbucket Pull Requests" view, change the filter to "Showing merged pull requests".
  3. Unfold the repository (the first 25 entries are shown).
  4. Scroll down and click "Load next page" (the next 25 entries are added to the view).
  5. Notice that there is no "Load next page" button anymore, so no more PRs can be loaded.

Expected behavior
I would expect the list to show all the PRs that are visible on the website.

Environment and Version (please complete the following information):

  • Atlassian Plugin Version (4.0.17)
  • Visual Studio Code Version (1.108.2)
  • Is this a local or cloud environment? (Local)
  • If Local, OS (Windows)

Additional context
I am not sure if this also happens with other filters than "merged".
