What happened to right-click, Start Work? (Work Item Won't Load)

I'd like to be patient, but the right-click Start Work option was my solution when the Jira Issue doesn't load.

My gut feeling in that the Jira Issue loads successfully ~80% of the time. But, when it doesn't load, there's nothing I can do to get the issue to load.

And, closing out VSCode/Kiro makes me lose all my work in the terminal; so I really don't like restarting the IDE instance.

So, right-click Start Work is important to me to get around the other bugs.
