Make Atom default photo viewer in Windows
Motivation
It will be easier to use Atom to view the photo, such as just clicking the photo file in the File Explorer.
Describe alternatives you've considered
This maybe is not an useful feature, but I think that Atom can have this feature because of this package.
And maybe the operation of the registry?
