hippo mesh set-up hangs if incorrect case is supplied #100
Description
Current Behaviour
When running a case while an incorrect case name is supplied in the hippo multiapp input file, the software hangs at the hippo0: Setting Up Mesh stage.
Expected Behaviour
Some kind of error message should be produced and the software should quit when no suitable case name is provided. Potentially, an initial check that this exists should be done before proceeding with the setup.
Steps to Reproduce
Within the [mesh] block of the hippo fluid input file, if a non-existent file/casename is provided, hippo will run until mesh setup and then hang until force quit.
