Support fuzzy geometry

Topolys model is intentionally separate from geometry.  Topolys vertices are currently linked with one point which gives then a very precise location.  However, users will likely try to build topolys models based on geometry models with slight imperfections.  The intention is that topolys can build a "fuzzy" model where slightly imperfect geometry are merged into the same topology.
