Support atomic help / install / run

• Currently the README.md file is added as /help.1 to support atomic help IMAGE. This help file needs to be man page formatted. Ideally draft a specific file for the docker run use case. See example
• add install label (depending on use case?)
• add run label

good reference... maybe save you time. This example can be done as markdown and the build will change to man format.
