Feature: optionally generate a build pipeline (GitHub Actions?) for code and IaC

It would be super cool if this tool had the ability to optionally generate a build pipeline.
I'm thinking that GitHub Actions might be a good integration? So it could create GHA Workflow(s) in the same repo as the code, set up Secrets as needed, etc.
Would be perfect if it could set up both a code deployment Workflow and an IaC Workflow.
